FAQs

  • To book an appointment you can either call, email or make a booking for any service online. Our online booking system is really easy to use, it will show you our services, prices, staff and availability.

    Upon booking you will be asked to provide your card details to secure your appointment and accept our policy. Your details will be kept on a secure system to ensure they are safe. No payment will be taken until your appointment.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 30% of your appointment, no-shows will be charged 50%. You can cancel your appointment by calling, emailing or on our online booking system. 

    If you download the ‘Fresha’ app you can easily manage and amend all appointments on there yourself!

  • We are located on site at Oak Tree Barn Weddings, Pembury Road, Tonbridge, TN11 0NB.

    As you come along the A21 slip road, just before where it joins the bypass there is a left turning. Look out for the sign that says ‘Welcome to Oak Tree Barn’. Be careful not to actually join the A21 as you will have to go up and come back round and this can add 10 minutes onto your journey.

  • Once you arrive, ring the buzzer on the keypad of the gate, it will ring through and someone will let you through.

  • As you come up the drive the parking is to your right and is free!

  • To find the Studio, walk back towards the drive where you drove in, come through the large wooden gate, walk towards the houses and come through the little black gate. Carry on straight down the path, the salon is at the end. 

    Please be aware that the studio is onsite at a wedding venue and be respectful that there could be a wedding going on. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to walk across the field.

  • In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 6-8 weeks in advance. Dates can be changed up to 48 hours if needed.

    Evenings and weekend appointments are our most popular times and we advise to book at least two appointments in advance to secure your preferred slot.

  • We offer complimentary hair consultation in order to discuss your desired results, hair history, hair concerns, and look at the technical aspects of your hair such as texture, density, levels and condition.

    If you are unsure on what service to book in for, please come and see us for a complimentary consultation where we can also confirm a price, services and timings.

  • All new clients for hair colouring, LVL, brow lamination, HD Brows and Microblading require a patch test. This has to be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

    A patch test is used to detect possible allergies to any substances used during your treatment when it comes into contact with your skin.

    Patch tests need to be booked via our online booking system, the link for this can be found in our bio.

    Failure to make a patch test booking could result in your appointment being cancelled. 

  • We are open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Our stylists/therapists working hours vary from each other. You can view each staff members working hours via our online booking system where you can click a stylist and choose a calendar date to see each there individual hours of work.

  • Children under the age of 14 are welcome in the salon for a child’s haircut provided that a booking is made by a parent/guardian. They must be accompanied by this adult at all times.

    Please note: children are not permitted to accompany their parent/guardian in the treatment rooms.

    In order to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we have a policy of no Children under 12 in the salon unless they are in for a hair cut.

  • During your consultation/before your appointment, we will let you know how long your appointment will be – if you have to leave by a certain time, we advise letting us know so we can ensure you are out the door on time. However it is best not to be on a tight time schedule to get the best out of your appointment. 

  • Of course not. Let us know if you need the WIFI!

  • We do not offer a “change of mind” redo service. However we do want to ensure all of our clients are 100% satisfied with their service. To facilitate this, we have a 7-day adjustment policy. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within seven days from your original appointment date to resolve any issues free of charge.

  • We accept all major Credit & Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

  • You can purchase vouchers in the salon or over the phone which can be collected or posted out to you! Our vouchers are valid or 1 year and can be redeemed against any of our products or services. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher with you to present on arrival.

  • We have carefully chosen to work with Loreal, who are world leaders in producing the highest quality hair and beauty products using ethically sourced ingredients. We also retail Redken, Colour WOW and Olaplex hair care and styling products. All our hot tools are GHD.

    Our other partners include HD Brows, Nouveau Lashes, The Gel Bottle, Navy Pro Tools, ESPA and Elemis. We are passionate about great brands and work with only the best quality.
